Dhaka, September 23, 2019: Syngenta Bangladesh Limited, one of the leading multinational companies in crop protection and seed business on Sunday declared 15 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2018.
The board of directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited declared the dividend at its annual general meeting held at the Hotel Intercontinental in the city.
Md. Haiul Kuaium, Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) and also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited presided over the meeting which was also attended by A M M Golam Towhid, Managing Director of Syngenta Bangladesh and directors from BCIC and Syngenta Bangladesh.
The Bangladesh government through BCIC holds around 40 percent shares of Syngenta Bangladesh.
